I'm a 40-something corporate escapee who gave up the rat race in June 2014 to live in a different way: free to follow my own path in the way that I want to, finding out who I am and how I can best serve.
Since then I've trekked to Everest Base Camp, started a coaching business, composed music and given piano recitals, grown food, helped people and businesses get better at who they are and what they do, connected with nature, found myself and have ended up quite liking who I've found.
I have lived in the French Pyrenees with my partner Emma since 2010. We have an old stone house that keeps us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We offer retreat to creative people and those seeking refuge. You can find us here. I also hang out in Brighton pretty regularly.
