My process involves firstly determining the reasons for growth, the growth objectives and the required timescales. The first activity is to determine where that growth can take place - performing a market assessment to see if growth is possible and where best to achieve it.

I then study each of the 4 quadrants individually and assessing the impact growth will have on each one. I then determine the process required to grow each segment, in line with the stated growth objectives.

Following this I will deliver a growth plan containing sales targets and a potential pipeline, an operations plan to allow expansion, and a timeline to achieve the growth.

This can be a stand-alone report, or I can help with the implementation, being involved as much as you want me - recruitment, project management, operational leadership.

A major objective of this work is to aticulate the current culture of the organisation and strive to maintain that culture as the company grows. Holding onto the benefits of a small business while introducing repreatability, process and structure to ease workload yet retain individuality, autonomy and care.
